Shoutbox Deletion

After going through a wave of shoutbox-spamming, I decided to (hopefully temporary) delete the shoutbox (oh yeah). I don't know wheter I would release the shoutbox again, but I hope after some times those spammers should give up spamming on me (since there is no more shoutbox to spam at), so that I can release the shoutbox again.
